EDGAR Not Available On December 24, 2007

Monday, December 24, 2007 has been declared a non-working day for the federal government. Consistent with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) operation on a federal holiday, the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR) system will not be operational that day. Filings will not be accepted and the Filing Web Site will not be operational. We will resume normal operation on Wednesday morning, December 26, 2007. Because December 24, 2007 will be treated as a federal holiday for filing purposes, any filings required to be made no later than December 24, 2007 will be considered timely if filed on or before December 26, 2007, the first business day following that date.
