DRAFT EDGAR Form TA-W XML Technical Specification (Version 1.3.0)

This DRAFT EDGAR Form TA-W XML Technical Specification (Version 1.3.0), posted before Commission approval of potential regulatory changes in this release, are provided as a service to our filing community to assist filers, agents, and software developers in their preparation of responses to potential changes the staff anticipates. Since these are draft specifications, the SEC retains the right to change any part of the specification before the new system release is made final. EDGAR Release 11.3 introduces the following change to the EDGAR Form TA-W XML Technical Specification (Version 1.3.0):

• The version number in the comments block of "formTA-WSubmission.xsd.xml" schema file has been updated.
   
• The XML style sheet for Form TA-W (TA-W_X03.xsl) has been updated to display the new OMB expiration date.
   
• Minor documentation related updates were made to Table 2-1, 3-1, 3-3, and 5-1.
