2006 CCOutreach Regional Seminars
Registration Instructions

If you are interested in attending, please register by sending an email containing the following information to the appropriate Regional or District Office (see list below):

• Name and title
• Firm name
• Firm registration number*
• The Seminar(s) you are interested in attending.
• The Case Study Variation in which you are most interested.
  (Based on the responses received for each Seminar, examiners may spend additional time on variations with the most interest, but the sessions are intended to cover all variations.)

Please register no later than 10 days prior to the Seminar date.  Attendance for the Seminars will be limited so as to maintain an informal, interactive atmosphere and will be offered on a first come/first served basis.  CCOs located in the region overseen by the SEC office hosting the Seminar will be given priority over all respondents.  We expect a large amount of interest in these seminars, so please respond as soon as possible. Specifically, certain Seminars may exceed capacity limitations; therefore, please indicate and prioritize all Seminars you are interested in attending.

CCOs will be sent an email confirming registration at a specific Seminar as well as venue details.

*Investment company CCOs should only include one identifying 811 number.
