Subject: new daytrading rules
SEC: 

This is an unfair action.  I am responsible trader and do not need you to 
protect me from the market.  Trading has become an American way of life and 
trader's rights should not be infringed upon. 

If traders and brokerage houses became irresponsible during the internet 
boom, you should target them specifically or let the market deal with them.   
I am very unhappy with these changes and will voice my opinion against these 
new rules every chance that I get.  Luckily for you public opinion does not 
matter.
