Subject: rule changes discriminate against small traders and solve
nothing

I am dismayed that the NYSE has instituted it's "Day
Trader" rules and I am dismayed that the NASDAQ is
considering something similar.  
Please don't institute these discriminatory rules or
anything like them.  Continue instead to concentrate
on levelling the playing field for everyone by making
the markets as open and fair as possible.
