Subject: rule changes

I am writing to express my strong opposition to the proposed margin requirement 
rule changes. 
     
It is extremely unfair to raise the amount those with more money can use while 
simultaneously cutting out those with less cash on hand. It is not true that 
those trading 10k accounts are making worse decisions than those with 30k. 
     
25k is a completely random number, and is discriminatory. To move the limit from
2k to 25k in one fell swoop is ludicrous, an increase of 1200%?!
