To Whom It May Concern;
I would like to know why it is the goverenments
business how much I have in my account before I can
daytrade. I am an adult aware of the risks and it is
really none of your business how much I have in my
account. It appears that you want this to be
controlled by the big instituional investors and leave
the little investor out. I urge you to reconsider your
new rules with regard to how much must be in my
account
