I would like the SEC to reject the current NASDAQ proposed display of ECN 
bid/ask prices at the bottom of the screen.  The market maker abuses of 
their spreads on the NASDAQ has been well documented and they have 
already lost a number of lawsuits in this regard.  It seems totally 
outrageous that the SEC would entertain anything but a totally open, 
ordered pricing display.
