Sirs,
     
     In regards to the actual size rule pilot program, I am expressing
my dipleasure at the attempt of the Marketmakers to strengthen their grip 
on the market and make it even more difficult for the average investor to 
make a profit. This is typical of the continued manipulance by Marketmakers 
on the market and its effect on investors. The only way we (the investor) 
can fight back is to inform you of our plight and hope that this letter is 
not written in vain.
