It would be nice to see the little guy get a break
from the monopoly environment so prevalent in the
markets today. Further, more efficient and cost
effective transaction processing will make our markets
more efficient and competitive as we move into an
electronic global marketplace. With this in mind,
please review and pass the BOX rules. I reference  BOX
- SR-BSE-2002-15.
