The BOX proposal to empower retail option traders by way of its Price 
Improvement Program is one of the best ideas in years. The SEC has a 
major opportunity here to be an advocate for the ordinary trader and 
investor, and I hope that the SEC will seize the moment and help usher 
in a new and more equitable era in options trading.
