     Dear Sir/Madam,
     
     I am sending this e-mail to advise of my strong opposition to 
     Rule 15c2-11.  I believe that this rule would be a disastrous move on 
     the part of the SEC.  This amendment would hurt a large group of small 
     public companies who are providing a large number of new jobs. It will 
     have a negative impact on our economy.
