Dear Representative,
     
        This letter is to voice my opposition to the proposed rule amendments to
Rule 15c2-11. It is not fair to the market makers to burden them with 
regulating and policing microcap stocks. This amendment would bring 
unlimited liability to them, therefore, leaving them no other alternative 
but to drop the microcap companies such as ours, Juina Mining Corporation.
     
        Please Do Not pass this amendment.
