        I am totally opposed to these proposed changes. They are yet another
of big government's attempts to ensure the domination of big business, at the 
expense of this nation's backbone; small business and entrepreneurs. Please 
STOP these well-funded, misguided attempts to ensure the monopoly of big 
business and government.
