Because many mutual funds oppose important sections of the rule, and will try 
very hard to influence the final version, I suggest that the commission be 
very aware of proposals by these mutual funds to weaken the rule to the 
detriment of investors.

A weakened rule will only add to the general cynical mistrust of our 
government and this administration by the individual investor.
