The Steelworkers Pension Trust (SPT), by unanimous vote of it's Board 
of Trustees, fully endorses the proposed SEC  rule requiring mutual 
funds and other registered management investment companies to disclose 
their proxy voting policies and procedures and their actual votes cast.            

The SPT is a Taft-Hartley trust with over $1.1B in assets,  some 540 
employers and more than 60,000 participants .
