Subject: Proposed Regulation FD (full disclosure)

I fully support this regulation and urge the Commission to adopt it ASAP.
As a small, private investor, I find myself at tremendous disadvantage to be 
"locked out" of conference calls and analyst meetings, after which I have to 
wait for the news to disseminate through the news and financial media...well 
after those who attended (or were informed by someone attending) are able to 
react.
     
I encourage the Commission to ignore the counsel of the securities industry 
and lobbyists for brokers:  full disclosure will benefit all 
investors...both big and small.
