dear sir.. i am new at investing.. and am learning a lot.. maybe not as fast 
as i thought.. but it seems grossly unfair to me for a ruling body to be a 
party to partial disclosure of material information.. to only those few who 
have direct contact with the subject companies.. on the surface it seems 
unfair.. is there some reason why the rules for disclosure are not as 
stringent as the rules for full disclosure in prospectuses.. if i am in the 
wrong venue to ask this question.. i apologize.. and ask that somebody please 
inform me where i can go to get an answer.. i am grateful to fool.com and 
fool watch for pointing this situation out to me..raymond wood
