Subject: Proposed regulation FD
 
We need this new law to make things fair for the little guy like me.
     
Far too often Ihave seen stocks move significantly on no apparent news. 
Then when the news hits a few days later, I have already lost out on what 
could have been an opportunity to make or save some money.
     
While I know that stocks often move on rumors not originating from the 
company itself, I have to wonder how often the selective information 
disseminated to a few select individuals has caused the price move that ends 
up costing me money.
     
It's about time that a law like this took effect.
