Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Hello,
     
I think that it is a great idea to require companies to publicly disclose 
all information, rather than to tell a selected few.  Selected disclosure is 
a legal means to an unfair advantage.  In a business where information is 
the product and it gets stale rapidly this is akin to a monopoly. 
     
Lets break it up.
     
As a private investor I feel I should have a equal opportunity at the facts. 
Why should the brokers be worried. They have MBA's that work full time in 
the stock market.  Surely they aren't afraid of me.
