Date: 03/22/2000 5:31 PM Subject: Proposed Regulation FD SEC Chairman Arthur Levitt is right on target with this proposal. This is going to be a big change for the special interest insiders of Wall Street, but this proposal is in their best interest also. Mr. Kaswell, general counsel of the Securities Industry Association, has been reported to have said that these proposed rules could have a "chilling" effect on companies - restricting the flow of information rather than encouraging it. Although I don't agree with Mr. Kaswell position on this matter, if my choice is equal access to company information albeit "restricted" in some inconceivable way or staying with the current "selective disclosure" environment, I'm ready for the proposed changes. Thanks for the opportunity to make my comments. Brent L. Taylor - Individual Investor
