Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Hello.  I am just beginning to learn about investing and would 
like to have my say on the practice of selective disclosure of 
company information.  While it's true that I am just beginning to 
barely understand the concept of market efficiency, and can't 
quite explain how this selective disclosure affects it, I am sure 
it somehow does --and probably to my detriment as a future 
investor.  Besides that, I just don't appreciate the fact that 
some investors have information I do not have because someone 
elects to keep it from me basically because do not have enough 
money to make them blink.  I am grateful to the SEC for looking 
out for my interests, even though I am only the smallest player, 
and not even that, yet.  You go, SEC!
