Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I am a retired FAA Manager. I am a small individual investor. I 
encourage the SEC to fully implement the Full Disclosure concept. It is 
not fair for selected Wall Street individuals and/or firms to obtain 
critical information ahead of individual investors like myself. 
     
Please stand firm against all the lobbying that probably will occur 
against implememting this FD Regulation.
