Please vote for passage of the Selected Disclosure and Insider Trading 
Regulation.
Individual investors are quite capable of digesting and understanding the 
information
that is made available to us from businesses that seek our investment capital. 
The 
investment brokers' arguement that the small investor is not smart enough to 
understand and interpret financial papers is nonsense. These are the same folks 
who issue buy recommendations on 99% of stock issues. Exactly what information 
are they reading? We're all big boys and girls here, we can figure things out 
for ourselves, thank you very much. Do the right thing, level the playing field 
and vote for promulgation of S7-31-99.
