Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

As individual investors we are very much in favor of the proposed regulation 
regarding full disclosure.  Information must be disseminated to all 
interested parties at the same time.  The unfair advantage of selective 
disclosure must be eliminated.  When this information is acted upon before it 
is disclosed publicly, isn't this in the same category as insider trading.
We applaud you in your efforts to "level the playing field."
