Subject: Proposed Regulation FD Comments
 

I believe that it is past due time for there to be Fair Disclosure to all 
investors, not just the select few. Investors deserve easy & timely
access to material information on corporations that they invest in, or 
are considering investing in. That information should not restricted to 
the "big boys" until they've had their chance to make their market moves, 
nor should I have to rely on the distillation of someone who was lucky,
famous or important, enough to be included in a selective disclosure. With 
the increased availability of information via the internet, this has improved
for the average investor but fair disclosure, rather than selective disclosure, 
would put all investors on a much more level playing field & make it
easier for me to form my own analysis of the disclosure on a timely basis. 
You have my support for Proposed Regulation FD!
