The proposed Regulation FD, which requires full disclosure to the public, 
is an outstanding rule.  For too long, selective disclosure has enabled 
professional institutions to profit at the expense of the investing public.
     
Please make investing fair for all.  Demand full disclosure from companies. 
Enact Regulation FD.
