Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Bravo to the SEC on this proposal.  The legitimate function of government is 
not to regulate, per se, but put into effect laws of common sense that ensure 
fairness, eliminate class distinctions between individuals, promote equality, 
level the playing field, and most importantly---ensure the free flow of ideas 
and information in a free society.  
     
Proposed Regulation FD goes a long way in this regard.
