Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

As an individual investor, I strongly support any initiatives by the SEC 
to encourage disclosure of any potentially relevant information to ALL 
investors simultaneously.  I believe all investors will be assisted if the 
flow of information to institutional investors is throttled back (allowing 
analysts to once again think for themselves).  Likewise, the internet and 
the commercial participants in the online investment community are now 
prepared to handle, sort and distribute more information in an efficient 
fashion to individual investors.
