Subject: Proposed Regulation of FD

I applaud the SEC's proposed rule to mandate equal access to all information 
disclosed by a publicly traded company's that potentially impacts its value 
either to the good or to the bad.  As an individual investor I incur the same 
financial risks as institutional investors and Wall Street analysts and 
therefore have the right to be informed about my investments in the same timely 
manner shared by these "select few."  I am encouraged by the SEC's determination
to level the investing playing field and support all efforts on their part to 
achieve this goal.
     
Thank you for remembering that all investors in the stock market should have the
same tools to evaluate their investments.
