Subject: Proposed regulation FD

I agree with you proposed regulation FD.  Too many times I have watch stocks 
have unusually high activity for no apparent reason.  Then a day or so later we 
will finally see a public report that accounts for the activity.  Meanwhile the 
stock has moved to a point that is no longer advantages.
     
Basically, this present practice of leaking information to a select few is 
almost akin to a "Mafia like" payoff.  "You say the right things, we'll give you
the info first, you make money, we make money".  Meanwhile the general public is
being ripped off under this present day quasi accepted practice.  Sounds almost 
illegal to me.
     
I definitley support your FD proposal.
