Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Dear SEC:
     
I have recently read of Proposed Regulation FD and wish to say that it's 
about time.
     
It's about time that all investors were treated equally in regard to 
disclosure of material information. Your proposal should be adopted and 
implemented as soon as possible.
