Subject: Selective disclosure and insider trading

As the immediate past president of NFPW, I heartily endorse the comments sent to
you by current president Vivien Sadowski regarding press annoucements of insider
trading disclosures. 
     
As a Wyoming resident, I know how important our daily state and regional 
newspapers are to me personally and my friends and family. We rely on them for 
local news and national business and stock information. Although I use the 
Internet daily, the Web doesn't replace my need for detailed information through
