Subject: Proposed rules on selective disclosure

As a private investor who does all of his own research on-line without 
the services of a broker, and executes trades through an on-line 
discount broker, I am STRONGLY
IN FAVOR of the proposed rules that would require public disclosure of 
material corporate information.  In particular, I feel that information 
should be required to be AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET.
