Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Simply put, I want to indicate that the move by the SEC to eliminate 
selective disclosure for the more favorable public disclosure (hopefully 
leading to virtual extinction of selective disclosure) is something I 
have been waiting for for some time now.  It's good for an open market 
economy, especially in this day and age where the individual investor 
spends more time looking for opportunities and information about any 
given investment.
     
Good job, SEC, let's see this suggested regulation put in place, to 
balance the playing field.
