Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Hi,
     
I'd like to voice my support for the Proposed Regulation FD.  It seems odd to me
that something so obviously right isn't already required.  I believe that 
anything that can improve the efficiency of the market is a good thing and the 
proposed regulation already provides that.  I do believe that many quality 
corporations already make every effort to meet the proposed rule already and I 
applaud them for answering to their owners and not the brokers on Wall Street.
