Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I applaud your effort in attempting to level the playing field between Wall 
Street's privilaged analysts and the individual investor. It hardly seems 
appropriate that a company can and would selectively disclose information to 
sources and receive good coverage in return. I am an idividual investor and 
wonder how can something like this be positive for the market.
