Date: 03/22/2000 10:25 AM Subject: Proposed Regulation FD Dear Chairman Levitt: I strongly agree with the intent of this regulation. The practice of selective disclosure is indeed a hindrance to the majority of investors. There is no justification of the practice of public companies revealing certain pertinent information to a select few monied investors. The brokerage industry is showing it's true colors by speaking against this proposal; they don't seriously consider the interests of the individual investor. They have the attitude of big money versus small money; that the individual with small money does not deserve the same acces to information as the big money. Sincerely, Thomas Ramagli
