Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I wanted to take a moment to share my opinion on Proposed Regulation 
FD.  As an individual investor, I do feel that there are times when I 
could have made a more informed decision about a company had I been 
included in ALL pertinent information at the same time as large 
institutional investors.
     
Usually, it seems, the individual gets to react to news AFTER the price 
of a company's stock starts to drop.  I applaud your effort to level the 
information provided to all investors.
