I am an EDS shareholder who recently took the stock plunge only to later 
find out, over the next few days, that forecasts were lowered.  Making the 
rules fair for all investors seem like an obvious conclusion to me!  My 
question is simply - Who the hell made the rule in the first place that 
allows biased dissemination of information?  Governing bodies should rule 
fairly - dam the big money lobbyists and their influence over bureaucrats 
with narrow vision.  Here is a chance to do the right thing.
