Subject: Proposed Regulation FD (yay!)
 
As an individual investor I must give a hearty "hurrah!" to the proposed 
regulation.  As an insider in the silicon valley "wave" (I am the director 
of operations at a software firm here) I hope that this proposed regulation 
will reduce the power and control ananlysts have over our industry where one 
bad word can send a stock into a tailspin.
