Subject: Full Disclosure of material corporate information of publicl

To Mr. Levitt, the SEC,et all :
     
Thank you for your efforts on behalf of all corporate owners regarding the 
proposed regulation requiring publicly held  corporations to refrain from 
closed door news conferences with only a select group of analysts. Any 
information disclosed to any member of the public should be disclosed to all 
members of the public. 
     
The practice is blatantly unfair to the small investor, and a significant 
block to the execution of a free market in which all participants should have 
access to the same information.
