Subject: proposed regulation  FD
 
It is very important to the general public, and individual investors in 
particluar  that Fair Disclosure  in  timely  manner, of information relating 
to the stock market be available to the public.  Lets level the  playing 
field.  Please see that FD does become a regulation.
