Subject: Proposed Regulation Fd

I support strongly the proposed regulation of the SEC regarding the banning of 
selective disclosure. The prevailing practise is very unfair to small investors 
and creates a potential conflict of interest. Security analysts should be on the
same level playing field as the average investor when it comes to disclosure of
