Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

As an individual investor, let me weigh in on the side of SEC Chairman Levitt 
concerning the Proposed Regulation FD.  In a free society, how can you even 
begin to think that some citizens (Wall Street analysts) deserve quicker access 
to vital information than other citizens (the rest of us).  It sounds like Wall 
Street has a sweetheart deal that it doesn't want to lose.  Please do what is 
fair and equitable.
