Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I am all in favor of "Fair Disclosure".  I am a 38 year old female, and I invest
with a ladies investment club as well as with my own online account.  I would 
like to have access to company information in the same manner as "select 
clients" and Wall Street Investment Advisors.  After all, these are public 
companies that we have the opportunity to own.  
     
I believe you get more "buy-in" for retirement saving when the individual has 
some say-so and control over what investments to select.
