Subject: Selective Disclosure

Arthur,
     
The fact that Selective Disclosure has gone on for SO LONG is a shame.  To 
end it would bring the playing field between Individual and Brokerage House 
much more level.
     
I STRONGLY SUPPORT the "Fair Disclosure" Proposed Regulation.
