Subject: Proposed Regualtion FD

I support the changes being recommended by the SEC to level the information 
playing field.  As an individual investor, it is difficult enough to find 
current and timely analysis about particular stocks and investment 
opportunities.  For large, institutional investors to have this information 
provided to them in cliques is unfair.  Please implement the rule changes as 
soon as possible.
