Subject: Regarding full disclosure

It is a good thing that the SEC is finally trying to level the playing field 
with the individual investor.  The comments of Levitt is just a last attempt 
to keep selective disclosure among themselves so as to continue to charge 
their outrageous commissions.  All investors should have available to them 
the same information at the same time
