Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Dear SEC:
     
Please note that I strongly welcome the proposed regulation regarding fair 
disclosure for publicly traded companies. This is a long and much needed 
step forward in ensuring a free flow of information and increasing market 
efficiency. The practice of selective disclosure has no place in a true free 
market democracy.
